FAQ
Before you order
Do you sell by kilo or by piece?
Both. We quote by the kilo by default, and if you prefer a number of bags we convert based on size, thickness and material. Try the calculator in “Design your bag” or in the quote form.
What's the minimum order?
Printed bags: minimum 200 kg per size. Plain bags: depends on what's in stock — if your size is available, we can supply the quantity you need. Send us the size and quantity and we'll confirm right away.
I don't have sizes ready — is that OK?
Absolutely. Tell us what goes in the bag and we'll propose the right size and thickness.
How many print colours can you do?
Up to 6 colours, split between front and back as your design needs — for example 4 on the front and 2 on the back. We send the design on the actual bag size for approval before production.
How long does an order take?
It depends on quantity, number of print colours and the production schedule. We state the delivery date clearly in the quotation before you approve.
